load of chewy/fragrant riesling golden grapes, almost tropical pineapples, perfectly in-tune flora; strong vinous character minus obnoxious tannins, like a fine natural burgundy. this is gold like cereal and grape can be. best fruit lambic i've ever had.

tons of mango purée, lots of tropical volatiles, peach white tea, spot-on tartness, no citric or acetic notes. not really kombucha but a very solid kombucha blend/fruit cocktail.

Berry plethora (duh), like fresh uncooked strawberry purée but almost candy-like flavourings tho, faintly woodsy, no gin botanicals per se. Very little tartness and sugars, to my surprise. No particular underlying kombucha (!). Good dry berry juice.

super bright peppery/peppered raspberries and cherries, obvious grapes, purple matter not only from grapes. beaujolais and pinot noillarr vibes. between a solid wine-aged funky saison and a red natural wine, i may choose this stuff. stellar. bumo ftw.
